Heroin with a street value of €300,000 was seized by gardaí in Limerick last night.
The seizure of 1.5 kilos of the drug was carried out by the Henry Street divisional drugs unit at about 9.30pm.
A woman was arrested and detained under Section 2 of the Drugs Trafficking Act, a Garda statement said.
