Hartford, Connecticut - Hollywood star Katharine Hepburn (94) has been admitted to hospital and is in stable condition, a hospital spokesman said yesterday.
A Hartford Hospital spokesman, Mr James Battaglio, said Ms Hepburn, whose film career spanned five decades in which she won four Oscars, had requested that no details of her ailment be made public.
Ms Hepburn's health problems include Parkinson's Disease but her doctor is confident she could be discharged within days, said Mr Battaglio.
