Helpline for smokers opened

A helpline has been setup for smokers who wish to give up. It was inaugurated yesterday to coincide with World No Tobacco Day. By calling the Nicorette stop smoking help line callers obtain a stop smoking help pack with an advice leaflet and audio cassette. The number is 1550-111-500 and proceeds from the helpline go to the Irish Cancer Society.
