Hypnobirthing classes for labour

Learning how to deal with the fear of labour pain can be as valuable as learning how to cope with the pain itself. Hypnobirthing classes aim to help women cope better in labour by learning in advance specific relaxation, self-hypnosis and breathing techniques.

Feed the family nutrition course

How to wean children off junk food, how to read food labels and how to deal with fussy eaters. These are just three of the areas which will be covered in the Feeding the Family cooking and nutrition course which begins on Tuesday, November 4th.

Run by nutritional therapist Richard Burton and chef Maggie Lynch, the course will be held in Lynch's specially designed kitchen in Loughlinstown, Co Dublin over three consecutive Tuesday mornings from 10am until 12 noon each day. Leadership with innovative slant

Managers keen to transform deep-seated historical organisational cultures and traditions may be interested in a two-day seminar entitled Innovative Leadership Development on November 8th and 9th in the Marino Institute of Education, Griffith Avenue, Dublin.
