GUATEMALA CITY - Mr Alvaro Arzu (49), a conservative travel agent and former mayor, is expected to be elected president of Guatemala in today's run off. Polls showed Mr Arzu, of the National Advancement Party, leading Mr Alfonso Portillo of the Guatemalan Republican Front by six to nine percentage points.
