Grozny - A powerful roadside bomb killed three people in the Chechen capital, Grozny, yesterday but missed its apparent intended target, the head of the breakaway Russian region's high-profile anti-kidnap squad. The official, Mr Magomed Magomadov, is leading the hunt for President Boris Yeltsin's personal envoy to Chechnya, who was seized on May 1st.
