Mr Gabriel Grehan, the former director of the Murphy group who rang the Tanaiste, Ms Harney, in 1997 to tell her about rumours then circulating about Mr Ray Burke, is set to return to the witness-box at the Flood tribunal today. Mr Grehan was interviewed by tribunal lawyers last year but refused to sign a draft statement drawn up for him and later submitted a substantially different statement.
