Retief Goosen has won the European Tour's Asprey Golfer of the Month award for April.
The 33-year-old South African was runner-up to Tiger Woods in the Masters and winner of the BellSouth Classic in Atlanta the week before.
Goosen, winner of the Volvo Order of Merit and the US Open last year, earns a £1,000 charity donation to the Golf Foundation.
The judging panel included Sweden's Carl Pettersson, Spaniards Sergio Garcia and Seve Ballesteros and Scotland's Colin Montgomerie.
