Berlin - A bunker discovered last month by building workers near the planned site for Germany's Holocaust memorial was built for the Nazi propaganda minister, Joseph Goebbels, Berlin city authorities said yesterday. The three-room bunker, two metres underground, near Potsdamer Platz was once connected to Goebbels's home.
