Former Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Bosnich has lost his claim against the London club for unfair dismissal, the premier league said tonight.
The Australian was sacked by Chelsea last month after being charged by the FA for bringing the game into disrepute following a positive test for cocaine.
He appealed to the premier league but the league issued a statement tonight saying they had found in favour of the club.
Bosnich (31) has seven days to appeal against the decision.
He is currently suspended from football.
