Girl(3) chained to bannisters

London - A gang who handcuffed a three-year-old girl to bannisters during a robbery were jailed for a total of 87 years last night. The judge said the men had degraded Ms Deborah Burke and her husband, Stephen, in their home before stealing jewellery. But the worst part had been the involvement of their daughter, Georgina, who was handcuffed while hysterical to the bannisters of the house in Radlett, Hertfordshire.
