Gardai in Cork are seeking one man after a stabbing early yesterday.
The victim, in his early 20s, was stabbed in the chest and stomach during an altercation outside a house on Harbour View Road, Knocknaheeney, at about 2.20 a.m.
He was taken to Cork University Hospital, where his condition was thought to be serious, but not life-threatening.
The victim was known to gardai, a spokesman said.
