Gardaí in Dublin have seized a quantity of heroin with an estimated street value of €80,000.
The seizure was made at a house in Ballyfermot shortly before 3 p.m. this afternoon.
One man was arrested in connection with the haul and is being held at Kilmainham Garda Station under Section 30 of Offences Against the State Act.
