Gardaí have begun an investigation following the death of a man in Cork city last night.
The body of a man in his 60s was discovered at High Street in the Capwell area at around 8.30pm.
A post mortem was carried out at Cork University Hospital, and gardaí are treating the death as suspicious. It is believed the man may have suffered head injuries.
