An action against the State by 14 Garda sergeants seeking the same level of subsistence allowances while on temporary transfer to the Garda training centre at Templemore as they receive when transferred to other stations has been settled.
No details of the settlement were outlined in the High Court yesterday before Mr Justice Kearns.
The judge adjourned the case for mention on June 13th.
