Gardaí seized some €900,000 worth of cannabis in Dublin today.
Officers from the Blanchardstown drugs unit raided two houses near Castleknock, Dublin as part of an ongoing operation targeting cannabis supply.
Some 45 kg of herbal cannabis worth some €550,000 was seized by gardaí in the first house. In the second house gardaí found 600 cannabis plants worth €240,000 and 8kg of herbal cannabis with a value of some €96,0000 .
A 53 -year-old man has been arrested and is being held at Blanchardstown Garda station.
