Gardaí are continuing to question two people over the shooting of a man in Darndale, Dublin, on Friday evening.
The victim (21) was shot at Buttercup Park after 7pm when a gunman approached him as he was sitting in his car.
It is believed a number of shots were fired, with one hitting the victim. He was taken to Beaumont Hospital, where he is in a critical condition.
Gardaí yesterday arrested a man (24) in Coolock, who is being held at Coolock Garda station. Later, a woman (22) was arrested, and she is being held at Malahide Garda station.
