Galway traffic `chaos' warning

Galway Chamber of Commerce and Industry has warned that "total chaos" may result from the proposed pedestrianisation of the city centre next year unless the city corporation implements a comprehensive traffic management plan to ensure that the changeover goes as smoothly as possible.
