A chef based in Galway city has been confirmed as the second winner of Wednesday night's Lotto draw. Mr Cormac Handy (28), a chef at Fat Freddy's pizza restaurant on Quay Street, shared in the £6.6 million jackpot with Mr Ken Cullen, of Blanchardstown, Co Dublin.
