A case against the GAA involving 13 alleged breaches of the food hygiene regulations at a cafeteria in Croke Park was adjourned until January 30th at the Dublin District Court yesterday, because a vital witness was not in court.

Earlier this month the operator of the cafeteria in question was fined £55,000 for breaches of the same regulations at three outlets he held under franchise from the GAA.
