Three members of the travelling community were charged yesterday for the second time this week with attempting to murder a woman at a campsite in west Belfast last weekend. They were initially charged on Wednesday and remanded in custody, but were released after a habeas corpus application in the High court. They were rearrested as they left Maghaberry Prison and were back at the Magistrates' Court yesterday.

The accused are Mr Terence Maughan, Mr John Maughan and Mr Thomas Stokes, all of Colinglen Park, Belfast. They were remanded in custody until October 7th.
