Leicester chalked up their first points away from home in the Premiership today with an astonishing victory against Manchester City.
They cruised past the UEFA Cup contenders thanks to goals from Jordan Stewart, Paul Dickov (pen) and Marcus Bent.
The supporters began streaming out of the City of Manchester Stadium with 20 minutes to go. Anelka gave those who remained a glimmer of hope in the 83rd minute but flicked a header wide.
The win moves Leicester out of the bottom three in the league table.
