Four shot in paramilitary-style attacks

Four men are recovering in hospital in Northern Ireland after a wave of apparent paramilitary-style shootings.

Four men are recovering in hospital in Northern Ireland after a wave of apparent paramilitary-style shootings.

Two were taken for treatment with gunshot wounds to both legs following an attack in the Knockmore Hill area of Lisburn, Co Antrim.

Another two were injured in shootings in the same area of north Belfast.

One suffered a single wound to the leg in an attack on Forthriver Way.

The other victim, a man in his 30s, was also shot in one leg in a lane leading from Glenside Park to the Forthriver estate.
