NAPLES - A hydrofoil ferry packed with commuters struck rocks and capsized off a small island in southern Italy yesterday killing at least four people and injuring many others, port authorities said.

The ferry had about 150 passengers and 15 crew on board when it smashed into rocks in thick fog off the island of Procida.
