Four men charged with possession of firearms were remanded on continuing bail at Mitchelstown District Court yesterday.
The four were stopped at a routine Garda checkpoint on January 29th in Mitchelstown, Co Cork. The accused are: Walter Nagle (23), of Midleton; Sean Kind (40), Passage West; Michael Nugent (26), Ballyvolane; and Kieran Kiely (25), Youghal, Co Cork.
