The Freedom of Information Act has been extended to include some State bodies. They are: the Industrial Development Agency; Enterprise Ireland; National Authority for Occupational Safety and Health; Forfas; FAS; FAS International Consulting Ltd; Shannon Free Airport Development Co Ltd; Udaras na Gaeltachta; National Standards of Ireland; and the Labour Relations Commission.
