Mekong Delta - Water levels in Vietnam's Mekong Delta appeared to be stabilising yesterday but the toll in the region's worst floods in decades rose to at least 66, mostly children. Relief officials said the floods could take weeks to recede and posed the threat of disease, such as cholera and dengue.
