The Taoiseach will unveil the first of Dublin's Luas tram carriages outside the Merrion Hotel near Merrion Square on Sunday afternoon - several years before the arrival of the tracks - writes Mark Hennessy.
Once unveiled, the LUAS carriage will go on display at The Square shopping centre in Tallaght.
