An Englishman who died in a fire at a house in Swords, north Co Dublin, has been named by gardai as Mr Malcolm Rippen (30), from Horsham, west Sussex. The blaze happened at an address in Cherry Park at around 2.45 a.m. on Monday. Gardai are investigating the cause of the fire, but Foul play is not suspected.
