With autumn brewing, maybe now is just the right time to project ourselves forward to spring and the thought of fresh herbs. The Organic Centre in Rossinver, Co Leitrim, is running a one-day course tomorrow on commercial herb production. The course for beginners will be given by Jim Cronin, who has over 20 years' experience in the field. The course runs from 10 a.m. to 5.30, and the cost of £40 includes a light lunch.
