An FCA corporal is to be sentenced in the Central Criminal Court next Friday for raping a woman private after a Mass for deceased FCA members in the midlands almost three years ago.
Mr Justice Diarmuid O'Donovan was told yesterday the case was not ready to proceed before then.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the victim's identity, was remanded in continuing custody.
