A middle-aged man died after a collision between a car and a van drawing a trailer at Rockingham, Co Roscommon, at about 4 p.m.
yesterday. The accident happened on the Boyle to Carrick-on-Shannon road. The man's name has not been released by gardai until relatives have been notified.
