A family in Northern Ireland escaped injury today after their house was attacked using a petrol bomb.
The device was thrown through the front window of the home in the Ballyloughan area of Ballymena shortly before 1.30am.
A total of three people were in the house at the time and suffered from shock. The living room was extensively damaged and smoke had affected the rest of the building.
Detectives in Ballymena have appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
