An explosion has ripped through the headquarters of the Russian-backed government in Chechnya during a cabinet meeting.
The explosion on the third floor of the building shattered glass, blew out doors and wounded a number of people.
Head of the Chechen administration Mr Akhmad Kadyrov was holding a meeting of top officials.
Initial information indicates none of those officials have been hurt.
