Three summonses for sexual assault against a former hurling star were adjourned at Kilkenny Circuit Court yesterday until the next sessions, because of pressure of business.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of indecently assaulting a female on a date unknown between May 1st and September 30th, 1988 and indecently assaulting another female on two dates unknown between May 1st and September 30th, 1984.
