The Irish Presidency of the European Union is to host a seminar and citizens' hearing on action to combat drugs in Dublin Castle on Tuesday, November 5th.
The main aim is to achieve a greater appreciation at political and official level and by the public of what the EU is doing to combat the drug problem.
