Tel Aviv - An Israeli court yesterday threw out a $240,000 dollar lawsuit by a belly dancer who accused the Egyptian ambassador here of attempted rape.
Tel Aviv district court ruled that Mr Mohammad Bassiouny was protected from the civil action by Ms Shulamit Shalom because of his diplomatic immunity.
