CAPE CANAVERAL - Shuttle Endeavour glided to a touchdown at its base in Florida yesterday after a 10 day mission in which its crew of six astronauts tested an inflatable antenna and a self stabilising satellite.

The shuttle landed at NASA's Kennedy Space Centre at about 11 a.m GMT, ending a 4.1 million mile voyage that began on May 19th.
