UCD's open days will be held on March 22nd and 23rd March this year. Students and their teachers and guidance counsellors, from all around the State are expected to visit the university, with an attendance expected to be in the region of 20,000. They will come from approximately 300 schools. Over 90 per cent of students will be fifth years, making their CAO applications next January.
Briefing sessions for groups of students will take place every half hour in the Sports Centre, from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., after which students are invited to visit the various buildings in which they will find a full programme of talks and displays. Staff will be available to discuss the course on offer in all the faculties.
