Dunloe raises £91m from property sales

Property company Dunloe Ewart said today it has sold 13 properties for £90.75 million sterling.

Of the 13 properties, seven are investment properties and six are development properties. Ten of the properties are in Northern Ireland and three in England.

The disposal will take effect by the sale of Dunloe Ewart (NI) Limited and all its subsidiaries including its 25 per cent associate Belfast Hilton Limited.

The purchaser is Brunswick (No 1) Limited, a company controlled by Northern Ireland property developers Mr Frank Boyd and Mr Andrew Creighton.

The disposals are conditional on the approval of Dunloe Ewart shareholders.
