Gardai are investigating a petrol bomb attack on a house in Dundalk, Co Louth. Three petrol bombs were thrown at the sitting-room windows, kitchen and front door of the house at 1 a.m. yesterday. The fire was extinguished before the fire services arrived at the scene but there was considerable smoke damage to the interior of the house. The family living in the house escaped without serious injury.
