A sister and friend of Ms Jo Jo Dullard, the Co Kilkenny woman missing since November 1995, were "very, very unhappy" following a meeting with the Minister for Justice, Mrs Owen, yesterday. They handed over a petition signed by 65,000 people. It called for the setting up of a special Garda unit to look for missing people.

Ms Diane Brennan, who accompanied Ms Dullard's sister, Ms Mary Phelan, to the meeting, said the Minister said she could not set up such a unit. Ms Brennan said that preparing the petition had been "a complete waste of months and months."
