Dublin suspect device declared safe

A suspicious device which was found outside a house in south Dublin this morning has been declared safe.

A suspicious device which was found outside a house in south Dublin this morning has been declared safe.

Army Bomb Disposal experts were called to the scene in Carraigwood in Firhouse to examine the device which was in a van parked outside the house.

The all-clear was given at around 11.50am.

Gardaí have begun an investigation into the incident.
