A Dublin man appeared at Wexford District Court yesterday charged with possession of a Colt 45 semiautomatic pistol and six rounds of ammunition at Ferrycarrig on June 12th. Mr Mark Kavanagh, of South Lotts Road, Ringsend, was remanded in custody to Cloverhill Remand Centre having been charged under the Firearms Act at a special sitting of Wicklow District Court at the weekend.
