A Dublin-based animation company today confirmed it has sold the rights to an award winning interactive children's animation series to MTV.

Jam Media said it sold the rights to PICMEto MTV Networks International for Nickelodeon channels across Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Under the terms of the five-year deal, all 104 five-minute long PICMEepisodes will be shown on Nickelodeon channels around the world.

PICMEhas been running on RTÉ 2's The Densince September 2004 and won the best digital storytelling category at the 2005 Digital Media Awards.
