Brian Kelly’s injury time strike for Drogheda United secured a point in their 2-2 draw with Dublin City in the eircom League First Division clash at Whitehall tonight.

Mark Quinless had put the Louth side ahead after 10 minutes but Colm Notaro equalised for Dublin two minutes before half-time.

Notaro was not finished there, he put the home side ahead in the 74th minute but Kelly’s strike four minutes into injury time salvaged a point for the visitors.

The point means Dublin go top with a better goal difference than Waterford United and Finn Harps. United are two points adrift in fourth.
