A FILE listing allegations of sexual abuse against 13 individuals by a former Sutton priest, Father Ivan Payne, stretching back to the 1960s, is to be sent to the DPP. Earlier this year, a file which concerned allegations against 10 of these individuals was returned to the Garda by the DPP for clarification.
