Dothain, the campaign started in Co Mayo to curb the abuse and misuse of alcohol, is to be launched on a national scale in Athlone on November 17th. The chairman, Dr Michael Loftus, emphasised that the organisation was not anti drink - it appealed to the commonsense of young and old to address and curb the abuse, he said.
Regional committees are to be established.
