Berlin - The former treasurer of the Christian Democrats, Mr Walther Leisler Kiep, who brought down Dr Helmut Kohl by admitting he took in slush funds for the exchancellor, has reignited the scandal by returning one million marks ($460,000) he mysteriously "found" in his bank account.
