KARLSRUHE - Germany's highest court has blocked on humanitarian grounds the planned deportation of a sick child to Lebanon. A lower court had ordered the boy (3), who has to be fed by stomach tube because of a genetic defect, to seat there when his Kurdish family's asylum application was rejected.
